The hashtag #PrayForHayes has been trending all over the internet for the past couple of hours. 16-year-old Vine star Hayes Grier has been involved in a serious dirt bike crash earlier today. The star’s older brother and also popular Vine star, Nash Grier, took to Twitter earlier this afternoon to ask fans to be praying for Hayes.
Nash tweeted out “#PrayForHayes Just got a call on set that said Hayes was in a crash. He’s now in the hospital.” Hayes has been taken to the hospital where he reportedly has a concussion, two top fractured ribs, one side of one of his lungs is bruised, and he has been coughing up blood.
Shortly after Nash tweeted, he took to Twitter a second time tweeting, “Damn I hate hearing shit like that on the phone scared me half to death.”
Fans everywhere have been in quite the panic, until Nash took to Twitter a third time to hopefully calm the minds of some. Nash tweeted a screenshot of a conversation from someone named Johnnie in which it read, “Your brother is pretty busted up right now. Luckily no major stuff. All scans came back negative for any internal bleeding. He does have a concussion, fractured top two ribs, and bruised lung on one side. He is in a lot of pain.”
