Hey Madi!! How was your summer?

Great! I went on vacation to Punta Mita in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and just hung out with my friends.

Can you tell us how you first got into Social Media?

As a gen Z’er, social media has sort of been around me all my life, but I started actively using it at age 11 or so.

You have created a huge social media presence for yourself. How did you gain such a huge following on social media?

I always try to use social media for good. Sure, it’s fun to be silly, but as a powerful generation (Gen Z) we should always try to help support organizations by helping to spread the message on social media.

Why do you think social media is so important for teens today?

Teens can grow their platforms and create new opportunities for themselves. Also it’s just a fun way to document your life and even make new friends.

What impact do you want to have on the social media world?

I want to be a role model and make people laugh whenever they see my posts, stories, and live streams.

What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your fans?

Instagram and YouTube

How did you get involved with the popular Gen Z Experiment on the Famileague Channel?

I was one of the founding Youtubers for Gen Z Experiment. It started with our drive to want to create different content than we see out there today. We were then featured on The FamiLeague Network and then they signed us onto their network. FamiLeague sees the value in the content we create and support our efforts to create fun, but positive content. It’s not always about how many subscribers we have, but more for feeling that we can look back at our content 10 years from now and feel like we can laugh about it and be proud of what we produced.

Have you ever been starstruck by anyone you’ve met so far?

I was starstruck by the Lakers head coach Luke Walton! I am a huge 3rd generation Lakers Fan.

What do you like about being on a show that’s aired on YouTube?

When I filmed with them, I swore I was a going to be a gymnast long-term. It is interesting to see that now a year or more later and realize that I am driven to do whatever I put my mind to. I’ve moved onto indoor climbing and recently tried out and made the USA Climbing bound Climb Team.

Can you spill any details on what the supporters can look forward to on the channel?

We always have something new on the horizon. We are planning on bringing on more Gen Zer’s onto the channel for collaborations. I invite anyone to reach out to us.

Can you tell us about the Gen Z Social Summit?

The Gen Z Social Summit is an event produced for tweens and teens just like me. It’s a place where we can go and learn how to create content, work with brands and connect with other content creators.

Are there any other cool projects in the works you can tell us about?

I’m looking to work on acting a little more. I have always wanted to, but now I want to pursue it more actively.

What’s it like being in the spotlight on such a big platform like Instagram & YouTube?

I think you just have to know not to take everything personal on social media. There will always be people who have something to say – both positive or negative. The best advice I can give is to not let it get to you and definitely don’t engage with anything negative.

How do you want your relationship to be with your supporters?

I want everyone to be authentic and basically to be themselves. We are all human and I would love to just have everyone be themselves. I try to return DM’s as if we were all friends outside social media.

Does your fan base have a name?

Nope. Not yet, I guess. (lol)

What was the craziest fan encounter you have had?

I have not had crazy encounters, but I did have an awesome experience at the Gen Z Social Summit and did meet a lot of fellow Gen Z Influencers who seemed to enjoy what I had to say on the panel.

Do you have any advice for your supporters and mine about how to grow their following on social media?

It’s always a struggle for everyone but they say it’s in your content and how often you engage. That’s what I try to do.

Any last things you want to tell your supporters?

I am excited about the future and the possibilities to make my dreams come true. I am super grateful to my parents who have been there for me, my grandparents for being my biggest cheerleaders, My Gen Z Experiment crew and FamiLeague, LRM publicity and my friends who believe in what I am working towards.
