Three-time Grammy nominated Danish duo, Future Animals, have made quite an impression with their soulful second single “Crazy Love”. The track was released on November 30th, and was co-written alongside their friends and frequent collaborators, JRM and Lukas Graham.

The music video draws the viewer into a story of romance and heartbreak between Mani Love of the Harlem Globetrotters, and Freakabritt, a dancer known for performing with Miley Cyrus and going viral with her take on the “In My Feelings” dance challenge. The two actors have a conjoined total of over 400,000 Instagram followers. The storyline portrayed in the “Crazy Love” video is both sweet and funny at all the right moments and captures the spirit of the song perfectly.

The sway of “Crazy Love” is accented by the key inclusion of a gospel choir, whose vocals burst at the seams of the pop-love ballad. When speaking about “Crazy Love”, Future Animals recount the familiar story it tells: “Everybody has had that one that got away… from not knowing when to strike but instead trying to play it cool. Once it’s gone, it’s a moment you can’t get back”.
