“‘Tell Her You Love Her’ turned out to be one of the most important songs we’ve ever written. Whether it was the song someone proposed to or this was the song they had their first dance to, it’s amazing to see how it’s touched so many. Having Mat sing on it just took it to the next level for me. We’ve been fans of him for a long time and the fact that he wanted to do this meant so much to us and made the song even more special,” shares Echosmith about the song. “During quarantine, we rediscovered this beautiful version of a fan favorite and I’m so happy everyone gets to finally hear it. I hope it brings back all those memories and gives you a chance to make some new ones too.”

“I remember being a little nervous the day we recorded this song because it took me a minute to find the right harmony. But we did,” shares Kearney. “I really enjoyed getting to being a part of this song. It was my pleasure to add to Sydney’s already beautiful performance.”

Echosmith’s sophomore album Lonely Generation, out now on the band’s record label Echosmith Media which was created in 2018 with ADA, reached #2 on the iTunes Pop Chart and #11 on the iTunes Overall Album Chart.
