You just released two new singles!! How excited are you that these new singles are finally out into the world?

So excited – it’s been a long time coming! I have been sitting on both of these songs for a while and have incorporated them into my live show. It’s great for fans who come out to my shows to be able to go home and hear recorded versions of the songs.

What’s been your reaction to all the success the new singles have been having?

Everyone has been really positive and kind from their words to posting screenshots of them listening to the song! That’s what I live for.

Why did you decide to release two new songs at once?

I’m eager to get as many songs out as quickly as I can! I don’t think you can put too much content out these days, as long as it’s good!

What do these songs mean to you? What inspired you?

These two songs are on both ends of the spectrum. One is about being happy and having fun, and the other is about having fun despite being unhappy.

How would you describe your musical style?

Country with some Urban and R&B influence.

How would you describe yourself in 5 words?

Bold, loud, ambitious, kind, thoughtful

What artists do you look up to right now?

I’ve loved watching Dan+Shay since their first single – those guys are the real deal and are very smart with every aspect of their career. “10,000 Hours” is my jam!

Hardy is the dopest writer. He truly is every word he writes and sings. I’m obsessed with all things Hardy, nicest guy in the world.

Old Dominion is the best thing to happen to my speakers since I moved to Nashville. Their songs always exceed my expectations and their show is unbelievable! So much energy. They inspire me to challenge myself each day as a writer.

Why do you think social media is so important for teen artists today?

I think it’s great because it will help you gauge your audience and what their opinions are. It’s also amazing to be able to connect one-on-one with as many people as you want.

How do you want your relationship to be like with your supporters? How do you feel when you get to meet them?

I’d love for my fans to always feel that whatever it is I’m doing, that I’m doing it authentically. I love meeting people who love music, and especially people who love it enough to have somehow heard of me!

Any other fun things in the works you can tell us about?

I have my first European tour early next year I’m excited about and new music in the works that I can’t wait to share with the world.

What’s an average day for you look like right now?

Wake up, coffee, work out, a songwriting session, and then likely a music event or a nice dinner, sleep, and repeat!

Any last things you want to tell your supporters?

Thank you so much for being a fan and listening to my music, and would love if they would share my music to everyone they have ever met and to everyone they meet, forever. 🙂
