Hey Brooke!! So excited to be chatting with you!! You are currently gearing up for the release of Debut EP . How excited are you to get this project out into the world?

Thanks so much for having me! I am so psyched! It feels like a giant step forward for my career.

Can you spill any details about the new EP?

The 5 songs will include 3 previously released singles and 2 new songs!

What was it like making your Debut EP?

Usually, an artist would have all the songs chosen and then begin releasing singles, but my process happened the other way around. I released “Lemonade,” and then decided to copy the monochromatic cover art for “Bored,” and that’s when I decided I was going to release an EP, and began writing songs that would fit alongside the previous songs.

Would you say this EP series will be your biggest accomplishment in your music career so far?

I would say so! These songs specifically are the ones that have tapped into the sound I’ve always been chasing as an artist.

Have you had any moments while creating this project that stood out to you?

When I wrote “Lemonade,” it was finally the sound I had always been looking for and became the foundation for all future songs.

Did any artists style influence you on this new project?

Tove Styrke is a huge one – and Swedish pop in general. Taylor Swift has always been my girl, and her pop sound is also very similar to mine. Her colorful aesthetic is also ironically similar!

Would you say this EP is the same style as your old music?

This EP is definitely a step forward for my music, as I’m fully immersing myself into that big pop sound.

Do any of the songs off the EP come from personal experience?

Every song touches on fundamental parts of my personality and/or experience as a young adult!

Have you and your team picked the single for the new EP yet?

I’ll be pushing “Perfect” most heavily upon release! It’s sonically most similar to my previous singles, but is more lyrically introspective.

Do you have a favorite song on the EP?

“Distance” is the song I’m most proud of. I was in a long distance relationship for 2 years, and it really shaped the person I’ve become. It was so cathartic finally being able to put that impact into words.

Are you planning to go on tour to promote your new music?

I will be announcing an October tour very soon 😉

Have you had any shows in your career so far that have been your favorite?

When I opened for Haley Reinhart in Nashville, that felt like a major accomplishment in my career thus far. I made it happen all by myself and felt great about my performance that night. I’m also pumped for my EP Release Show this Friday! I’m going all out to make this my biggest show yet!

What’s your dream venue to perform at?

I’m from the NJ/NY area, so if I could headline Madison Square Garden, that’d be when I know I made it.

If you weren’t doing music, what would you be doing?

My other passion is photography/videography, so I’d probably just be more focused on that!

What’s your top three songs on your playlist right now? And why?

Astrid S’s new EP is killer! I love “The First One” so much. “Rooting for You” by Alessia Cara struck me because of its unique production! And “Wish You’d Make Me Cry” by UPSAHL. She’s about to blow up – mark my words!

Do you have any last things you want to tell your supporters?

Thank you so much for supporting this music and I hope I can continue to make you proud with these next 2. Stay tuned for more announcements and music – this is just the beginning!
