REMIX PREMIERES ON TIGERBEAT.COM
NEW EP DUE OUT THIS FALL
“[Tyler Sellers] with all the sultry vibes of Charlie Puth and charming vocals of Shawn Mendes– but a style all his own– will be your new music obsession.” – Tiger Beat
(LOS ANGELES) — Teen pop act and FRETMONKEY recording artist Tyler Sellers has just premiered a remix of his current single “Friend Zone” over on TigerBeat.com. Tiger Beat have compared Tyler to Charlie Puth and Shawn Mendes, and have labeled him as “your new music obsession.”
The remix, handled by LA-based EDM duo Free Slice, can be heard here.
Tyler had this to say about the remix: “This song comes from a pretty real place I’ve been. I think the “Friend Zone” is one of the most difficult and confusing parts of dating and relationships and it’s something we all have to go through,” Tyler said. “This song is my story from an actual experience, and in case you’re wondering, I never got out of the friend zone– but I’m good.”
Tyler’s debut EP, featuring current single “Friend Zone” will be released in the Fall via FRETMONKEY RECORDS. Sellers has won two international singer-songwriting events, and has garnered the attention and support of music industry professionals. Tyler was also featured on Real Life STL for “Best Top 10 Billboard Cover” of the week for his YouTube video of the Twenty One Pilots hit song, “Stressed Out.”
