Hey Sean 🙂 So excited to be chatting with you! You just released your new single “Prenup”! How excited were you to get this project out into the world?

It’s so rad and I’m so excited to share this project with the world right now. We need to dance!

What do you hope your supporters will think of the new music? & What do you hope they’ll get from hearing your new songs?

I hope they understand that fun can still be had in these trying times , and they’ll be hearing more from me in which I try to keep us, keep-keeping-on in spite of the tribulations of the day.

Can you tell us the backstory of this new single? Is it from a real experience?

I‘ve heard many stories of how a man, or a woman, left an individual after that person “gave him everything.” I never wanted to be the ‘poor sap,’ and that’s how Prenup was birthed.

What does this single mean to you?

There is an added layer to the meaning of Prenup related to today’s racial issues. People of color, we want that social contract signed!!

Can you spill any details on what your supporters can look forward to from you the rest of the year?!?

Some more collaborations from the 1st class, Los Angeles, music scene and a huge release that will cause disruption to the concept of genre itself.

What’s it feel like to be releasing your own original music?

It’s very empowering, because one gets to be a creator on his terms, and when he feels. It makes one a part of the divine.

Will there be a music video for any of your new singles? If so, can you tell us about the concept of the video 🙂

My next release will have even more pomp-and-circumstance, and so of course, that means a music video. What I can say is, it will be very cinematic and “magical.”

Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?

I really would like to thank Tim Friesen , he always lets me go to the deep end and always jumps in with me. He is the producer of Prenup and it is outrageous because of him.

What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your music and shows?

I want people to know they can do what they want without judgement and to not be afraid of following their own inner guidance. My live shows are to be taken and received as one would, a great broadway act. It is a spectacle. You bless me by attending, so I have to pay homage, and not the other way around.

Are you planning any IG Live shows to promote your new music?

I will have an upcoming IG Live show with WFNM

What is it like performing in front of your fans?

It is theater and pizzazz all day everyday, and when people sing back to me the crazy, and at times, silly lyrics it makes me melt. I melt from being in disbelief that dreams do come true.

What do you want your supporters to know that you think is important?

I think the message of uninhibited fun, yet staying with The Light, is important for me .

What’s something your fans don’t know about you?

I’m a certified light healer!

What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?

Offer me a drink.

Is there anyone in the music business you are dying to meet?

I really want to meet Enya and Seal!!! I can’t decide on who more?!!

Why do you think social media is so important for artists like yourself?

It makes us feel validated. Even though we aren’t backed my a major and/or have a top 40 hit, we are still true artists with a package to deliver; and social media is the great delivery van!!

What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?

My biggest dream is to have a song nominated for an Oscar because it was in the soundtrack for a film and it moved hearts and themes of the story so much, it couldn’t be ignored!!

Any last things you want to tell your supporters?

Stream and support indie artists and constantly provide referrals to your under-informed, not so much a music fan, as you are, friend. We all have those friends and indie artists thrive off of such hype.
