What inspired you to pursue music?

I have always been fascinated by all aspects of the music industry. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t write my own songs or analyze the way my favorite songs were written and produced. I’ve always loved music videos and creating frame by frame visuals in my head for my own songs and songs I love by other artists. Being a musician and an artist myself allows me to be involved in all of these aspects of the industry and more. I want to make a positive impact on the people who listen to my music and follow my career.

Can you tell us a little bit about you?

I’m from the Bay Area and recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in economics. I’ve been touring as an opening act for artist like the Jonas Brothers, Megan Trainor, Jessie J, and more for years while pursuing my degree, but took a break from touring to complete the courses which required me to be on campus. I think the word “effervescent” best describes my personality. My ultimate goal is to be a positive influence and share my joy in any way I can!

You just released your new single “Dizzy”! Can you tell us what this song means to you?

Dizzy is such a fun song to sing along to! The ups and downs of relationships can be confusing and exciting at the same time — dizzying, really! The message is positive — enjoy the ride, stay strong, and know what you want.

What song has been your favorite to release? And why?

Every time I write — let alone release — a new song it becomes my favorite until the next one. So right now, the answer is Dizzy.

What is your favorite song to perform live?

I’ve only had the chance to perform Dizzy live once so far and it was a blast of course. I love performing Damn as well because it’s such an easy song to sing along to and there’s nothing better than singing together with an audience.

What does it feel like to perform your own music live in front of your supporters?

It’s the best feeling. I love touring more than I can explain. Having the chance to see people face to face and watch them sing along is incredible. I don’t even get nervous before a show anymore because I’m just so excited to get out there and see everyone — and hopefully hug them at a meet and greet!

How do you want your relationship to be with your supporters?

I want — and believe I already have — a very personal relationship with LIVVengers. My goal is to give them as much access as possible to the behind the scenes world that I always dreamed of being a part of before I became a musician and my career started to take off. Instagram stories are perfect for that! I’m still a major fangirl myself for the artists I love — and because of that I know the kind of relationship I would want with those artists and try to create that experience for my LIVVengers.

What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your supporters?

I use Instagram most frequently. I love posting stories, especially with polls and questions to talk directly with LIVVengers. Every Tuesday I post “LIVVIA trivvia” questions on my IG story and every Wednesday I go live and post an IGTV explaining the answers and telling stories. It’s so much fun!

Are there any other projects in the works you can tell us about?

I’m always writing on new songs and working on new material, but there’s nothing else I can really say without giving anything away!

Do you have any last things you want to tell your supporters?

I love you and I really hope I can meet you (or see you again if we’ve already had the chance to meet) very soon! I can’t thank you enough for always being there for me and I’m so honored to be featured on the soundtrack of your lives!
