Season 8 of The Voice is still a month away, but according to UsWeekly the celebrity mentors for the new season have already been decided. Both Meghan Trainor and Nick Jonas have been confirmed as mentors, as has Ellie Goulding!
Meghan will be assisting Blake Shelton’s team, which comes as no surprise figuring the “All About That Bass” singer performed with his wife, Miranda Lambert, at the 2014 CMA Awards. Nick will be helping Christina Aguilera’s team, and Ellie is being brought on to mentor Adam Levine’s.
The celebrity mentors have always been a highlight of the show – remember when Taylor Swift was on the show? – so we’re definitely excited to see them in action.
