You started off your career as a social media influencer what was the reason that made your start on social media?

It was all just for fun! I just made social media accounts to see friends and to post YouTube videos.

Did you ever think your social media presence would grow as fast as it did?

No I didn’t. When I started using social media in 2012 having numbers and followers wasn’t a thing yet. The popularity and influence of social media was a dope surprise!

When did you realize that this could become a career for you?

During the Magcon days. Magcon started in 2013 and its popularity took us all by surprise. We had no idea that a career of any kind would come from it. I just wanted to meet my LOXSmiths and be happy with them!

What are your thoughts on the growth of social media?

Social media is so cool, it gives so many people the opportunity to be heard and seen doing what they love. It’s the hidden voice!!! With social media everybody has an equal opportunity to share their happy times and important issues from self-confidence to anti bullying directly. The growth of social media is amazing and very important!!!

You are now leaning towards a career in singing, what inspired you to start singing?

I’ve been singing as long as I can remember. My biggest inspirations were Motown, my brother (Sky Blu), Hip Hop, R & B, the Spice Girls, Destiny Child, Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, LMFAO just to name a few!

What’s it like already having family in the music industry?

Really great because I learned a lot about the business, work ethic and even the creative process of what it takes to succeed in the business. I didn’t know what I was learning at the time but I really appreciate it now!

How would you describe your musical style?

In two words, I would say… Sassy and Fun!

Are there any artists that have influenced you?

Yes! Mariah Carey, Brandy, The Spice Girls, Destiny Child, LMFAO and many others!

Your debut single “Boom” and your newest single “It Is What It Is” has gotten amazing reaction from your supporters. How did these songs get created?

My brother and I wrote “Boom” in 2015. This was my first official single. It was really special for me to do it with my brother Sky. “It is what it is” came to me through a close friend of mine and her writing team. Fortunately for me I was able to not only write on it but also to release it as my second single.

Can we expect any new music soon? If so can you spill some details about them?

Yes, new music is coming out very very soon!!!! I’m working on finalizing my next single now! I’m very excited!!!

Are there any other projects in the works you can tell us about?

Keep an eye out for me Djing! I’m coming!!!

Even though you are leaning towards singing, do you think you’ll still keep up your social media presence?

Absolutely, social media is so important to me because that’s where I talk to my LOXSmiths!!! It’s a daily thang and I love it. I’m actually able to share unique content with them, get feedback, let them know what’s going on with me and they share what’s going on with them. It’s a real genuine relationship that’s priceless. We are a connected family. Needless to say social media will always be a main part of me. I love my LOXSmiths mind, body & soul!!!!

You were a part of the og Magcon. Can you tell us a little bit about what that experience was like? And what’s it like to have friends like Cameron Dallas, Taylor Caniff, Shawn Mendes, etc.

Magcon was such an amazing time for all of us. We were so young and weren’t doing anything for money or fame. We just wanted to meet our supporters in person, hug them and let them know how much we appreciated them. We had no idea Magcon was going to be what it became. It truly felt like I had 11 brothers! I love all of the guys. We are family!!!

Are you planning to go on your own tour anytime soon?

Yes! actually talked about one today! Stay tuned!

What was the craziest fan encounter you have had?

Hmm, I might have to get back to you on this one. I’m not sure what you mean by craziest but I can tell you I’ve only had wonderful and unforgettable encounters with my fans. The love flows both ways!!! It’s amazing!!!

What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your supporters?

Twitter for sure!

What’s the best thing that’s come out of this career so far?

Being able to help people or make them happy in some way through what I do is definitely the best part.

What’s the biggest struggle as a social media star turning into a singer?

The biggest struggle is probably not being taken seriously but I will just let the music speak for itself!

What’s an average day for you look like?

I wake up about 8am and start my day. I shower etc… and take care of all my chores: I take Pockets (my puppy) potty, give him some food and a little play time. Y’all know the drill. Then I eat a little breakfast. I love fruity protein shakes and chocolate chip banana pancakes! At 10am every morning I take care of all my business things and emails. Depending on the day in the afternoon I either workout or go to a session and sometimes do both. Then I have a bite to eat, (I love food). Throughout the day I’m always writing down songs or ideas for songs as well as figuring out concepts of what my next YouTube or Facebook video is gonna be. Towards the end of the day multiple times a week I film something for YouTube or Facebook. About 5 to 6pm I wind it down a little and spend some time with my boyfriend Carlos. We’ll get some food, see a movie and spend some quality time. No matter what… I always have my pad and pen with me to write down my song ideas. About 11pm I’m in bed (Unless there’s a party or something) and wake up at 8am the next morning and do it all over again!

Do you have any last things you want to tell your fans?

LOXSmiths! I love you so much! And thank you for taking this journey with me!!!

Thanks for doing this interview with us!

You are welcome!!!
