So long Sydney! One Direction’s Niall Horan flicks the peace sign followed by Harry, Zayn, Liam and Louis as they board private jet to Queensland for world tour
They rocked Sydney’s Allianz Stadium and now One Direction are off to do the same in Queensland.
The five-strong band jetted northbound with 21-year-old Niall Horan leading the troupe by flicking a peace sign as he boarded a private jet on Tuesday.
Fellow band members Zayn Malik, 22, Louis Tomlinson, 23, Harry Styles, 21, and Liam Payne, 21, were spirited on board having arrived in blacked out vehicles.
Looking every inch the rocker in tight jeans, Ray-Bans and suede boots, the one fifth of the band stopped to wave a hearty goodbye to fans.
At first he looked a little surprised as groupies screamed his name from behind the airport’s metal grills.
Once he realized the commotion was for him, he flashed a broad grin and stopped in his tracks to say farewell.
Louis arrived to a cacophony of cheering fans in grey jersey shorts, a long sleeved T-short and a cool pair of Vans and was swiftly followed by the youngest member of the band, Harry.
The 21-year-old arrived in a colourful shirt, skinny jeans and suede boots and wore his shoulder length locks loose.
Then came Zayn who arrived in a black-out vehicle and swiftly disappeared inside the aircraft clutching a bottle of full fat milk.
Showing off his tattoos in a black singlet, he kept a low profile as he made his way up the steps of the aircraft.
The boys are currently on a world tour with the band’s On The Road Again show and tickets to some of their performances have been slashed to half price including Sydney’s show on Sunday at Allianz Stadium.
Also offering cut price seats was Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, according to website LastTix.com.
B Reserve tickets that were $139.90 have been reduced to $69.90, with C Reserve tickets dropping from $99.90 to $50.
The boys, who play Suncorp Stadium tonight, have made the most of the Australian lifestyle since arriving last week for their five-city tour.
They were spotted sipping back beers and amusing guests on a cruise with their antics, including a gaggle of young women who all laughed on cue at the boys’ jokes.
On Saturday and Sunday they will take to the stage in Victoria before heading off to South Australia on Tuesday.
How much luggage? Ground staff rallied around to load the boys’ outsize suitcases as they continue to tour the world with their On The Road Again show
