Hey! Happy to be here! I am beyond excited!! This song means alot to me and I’m excited to hear what people have to say about it!
Where did the inspiration for the song come from?
It is inspired by many things and can be interpreted in many ways but for me it’s about my mental health issues and the feeling of falling into that never ending hole of darkness and how it’s not never ending if you don’t want it to be.
Any fun moments while creating/recording the song?
I had the amazing opportunity to have Shahrae (who is an Australian Singer/songwriter/producer) produce this song for me! She is an angel. When I was writing this song it felt like I lifted a load off my chest.. That’s the beauty of songwriting.
What do you hope your supporters will think of the new song?
First of all I want to thank every single one of them! They’re always honest and that’s what helps me better my art. So I hope the keep doing just that.
What’s the process of writing one of your songs?
There’s no process as such. I could have a melody stuck in my head that I want to write to or just some experience I wanna write about and go with the flow.. I never have to force myself to write, I’m always in a mood to write a new song.
Where did your love of music come from?
I’ve always been around music. With my dad playing me all of his collection or my brother introducing me to different artists. I’ve also been singing for as long as I can remember. My biggest inspirations are Eminem and Linkin Park.
Will there be a music video for your new single?
There will be one when I can afford it!
Any other fun projects in the works you can tell us about?
Yess! I just finished writing my EP so that’s on the way! I’m very excited for it.
What social media platform do you use most to stay connected with you supporters?
I mainly use Instagram and YouTube.
What’s one word you would use to describe what your supporters have allowed you to accomplish?
Freedom. Freedom of expression which has allowed me to become a better version of myself everyday!
Do you have any last things you want to tell your supporters?
I just wanna say that I love you and thank you for believing in me, there’s soo much music on the way stay tuned!
