Hey Hefna 🙂 You just released your long-awaited new single, ‘Real Rockstar’. Can you tell us the backstory of this new song? Is it from a real experience?
The backstory is from a real experience , I am Hefna380 and I am indeed a “real rockstar” the story of this song is me explaining who I am while I’m battling problems with a girl I fell in love with who doesn’t know what she wants. Certain things help me get through the pain of accepting the fact that me and her are not on the same page which was very hurtful to me. The story also includes me throwing many proposal at her “let’s go to Jamaica” , “ walk in every store f*ck a price tag , whatever you want cop Chanel bags” she’s always explaining what she wants , and that is to “Die Young”
What does this song mean to you?
This song means a lot to me, I’m portraying who I am , while telling the world what I’m going through.
Can you spill any details on what your supporters can look forward to from you next year?!?
My first single of 2020 will be released in January , and from there on things will be moving organically , definitely expect a lot more hefna380 music , visuals and more content!!!
What’s it feel like to be releasing your own original music?
It feels crazy to me and I’m still numb , knowing I just started music and how I’ve come so far in just 4 months.
Will there be a music video for any of your new singles? If so, can you tell us about the concept of the video 🙂
“I gotta go “ , and “real rockstar “ directed by “nilladriz” will be two very big music videos. dropping very soon, they both will be very epic , it is a suprise to my fan base.
Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?
I want to thank my family , all my close friends and the supporters that stuck with me from the very beginning and the supporters that are just coming along, it shows you all believe in me.
What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your music and shows?
My message towards my fans , means a lot to me I want them to witness the come up, witness the journey of how I started and what I have been through , I want them to realize it’s all about the work you put in , and never stop even if people don’t believe in you. I want my fans to take away from my music and my shows , my uniqueness , I want fans to realize instantly the difference between me and other artist , when they hear my music I want them to see what I see, and feel what I feel.
Are you planning any shows to promote your new music?
My shows atm are to be decided as I am focusing on releasing my content and building as an artist.
What is it like performing in front of your fans?
Performing Infront of fans is expect when you are raging and turning up to the music they all know that YOU have released is so epic one of the greatest feelings in the world.
What do you want your supporters to know that you think is important?
I want them to know that I care about them all, and I take my music very seriously , and together we can celebrate it’s about the content being released that we can all enjoy.
What’s something your fans don’t know about you?
My fans don’t know I love the band journey.
Many of your supporters are starstruck when they meet you Have you ever been starstruck?
Only when i was younger when i met basketball legend John starks. As I am older I have never been star struck in my life, a few days ago Rapper “ Trippie redd” was walking right in front of me on rodeo drive in Beverly Hills California , he’s an amazing talent , but i began to realize as we get older , we are all human
What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?
I want them to know that I always care about them no more what and I’m gonna continue working hard to release the music they want.
Is there anyone in the music business you are dying to meet?
Not at the moment I am inspired by many artist and legends , for example, frank ocean, Playboicarti and the late great Michael Jackson.
Why do you think social media is so important for artists like yourself?
Social media is so important for us artist because it’s a strong brilliant way to promote your own music and grow as an artist in many different ways.
What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?
Receive 1Million streams , acquire many label offers , another big dream of mine is to have my song streamed worldwide.
Any last things you want to tell your supporters?
I love you guys so much the middle/ending of 2019 has been epic as I have started my career of this time , I’m so proud of my self and I’m so stoked that you guys have been there with me from the start , I love you all thank you so much for being with me , let’s go crazy!!! “We can finally rage “ 12/13/19 luv u all !!!
