Evan Kozin – The World’s Youngest Professional Music Producer

Evan Kozin is not your typical 10-year-old. Talented, dedicated and wise beyond his years, this boy wonder is a rising music producer, artist, DJ and influencer on a mission. Coming from a musical family with mixed African-American, Guatemalan and European heritage, Evan has sung and DJ’d at major events across Southern California and beyond. A piano player and vinyl lover, Evan produces with Ableton Live, Launchpad Pro and Logic Pro with a focus in hip hop and EDM. He started DJing at age 7, became an official Hercules DJ influencer, moved up to a Traktor Kontrol S4 and has now settled into a Pioneer DDJ1000SRT (though he enjoys vinyl scratching in his spare time).

Evan is an active music producer for other young talents, recently landing placements with rising stars Journey Christine and Leon Zellers. A gifted and emotional singer, Evan released his first song in 2019 (a cover of Jonas Brothers’ “Only Human”) and plans to release his own original songs in 2021.

Beyond music, this one-of-a-kind 4th grader has starred in commercials for Lexus and Samsung, music videos for Wiz Khalifa/DVLM and Gavin Magnus/Coco Quinn and appeared in Brat’s “Chicken Girls” Season 5. With his signature red curls, Evan has also modeled in major brand campaigns for Adidas, Kids Foot Locker, Guitar Center, C&A, Uniqlo, Chili’s and more. A fun-loving kid with a huge heart, Evan is a child advocate for World Vision and wants to spread love and happiness through his music. His idols are Quincy Jones, Martin Garrix, Timbaland, Nick Mira and Michael Jackson.
