Kayden Muller-Janssen stars in the new Disney Channel TV show Villains of Valley View. Florida native Muller-Janssen stars in a series regular role as Hartley in the Disney series Villains of Valley View. The story follows teenage supervillain Havoc who is forced to relocate to a Texas suburb with her family under a new identity as “Amy” after standing up to the League of Villains. Mueller-Janssen plays Amy’s neighbor & classmate Hartley, who is super outgoing and optimistic. The show follows the “Madden” family on their journey to being normal.
Kayden is also a singer/songwriter/performer who has released several singles including “Kiss Kiss Baby,” “Walk”, and recently, “No Maybe.” A beautiful soulful pop track inspired by a crush when she was 13. Her most recent track “Crave” is out now. “Crave” is an intoxicating sultry pop song that will soon be number one on your summer music playlist. Kayden tells Teen Music Insider a bit more about the track “When I met with my producer Dustin Atlas to record “Crave”, I had a melody in mind from a time I was in a relationship that I never really got closure on. Dustin & I work super well together, he always understands what I am looking for and he really helped me expand on the music in the song. I really wanted the message to stand out, so you know, we didn’t want the music to overpower my voice, but to compliment it. Dustin and I have been working together for years now, many of my songs are produced by him so it was really great to come together again and create such a fun song like “Crave”! She also spoke about her lyric video for the song “As an artist I like to keep things as loose and free spirited as possible, so for the “Crave” lyric video I wanted it to be fun. When reaching out to some of my friends and a few fans that have been with me since my first single, I told them to send me some video footage of them singing “Crave” as if they were the artist. I took all the footage and sent it to my video producer, Cole Needham, and he added all the fun edits and effects to it. So glad you like it!”
She will release an EP this October featuring more new music and a cover of one of her favorite songs – stay tuned for more. Connect with Kayden on Instagram and Tik Tok and be sure to check out her music on your favorite digital streaming platform.
