Hey Anna! So excited to be chatting with you! You just released your new single “No Regrets”! How excited were you for all your supporters to hear this song?!?

What has been your reaction to all the success the new single has been having?
It’s so cool to pull up and article and see a review on No Regrets, to be only 13 and do this…don’t underestimate me!
Can you tell us the backstory of this song? Is it from a real experience?
I worked on it with Austin Leeds, my producer from Miami, Florida. No, it’s not real experience (my Dad is in the room and he’s listening) so we’ll just keep it at that. Ha Ha! But seriously, I think everyone can relate to this song because after all, who doesn’t want someone to care for them and have a fiery romance?
You also released a music video along with your new single, how did the idea for the video come about?
We see a lot of 80’s retro today, such as in the Dua Lipa ‘One Kiss’…I thought I’d try it and see how it did. I took some roller skates out of my garage and tried them on set and wow, it worked! But I nearly busted my a**!
You also have more projects coming out in 2019!! Can you spill any details on what your supporters can look forward to?!?
Oh yes I can Ainsley! I’ve got a new single coning. out soon called ‘You Get To Me’ and it’s got some swagger. We shot a music video in the city, and used a new convertible Mustang and shot some of it with a drone. It looks awesome and has great vibe!
Do you have a creative say in your music? Did you help write all your new songs?
I co-write all of my songs. It is a collaborative effort. I have my producer Austin Leeds in Miami, another producer Maison Real in Barcelona, Spain, and also Maddy Rodriguez, my lyric co-writer in Nashville, and Gosteffects, my mastering engineer in NYC. Together we are TeamAnna!
What’s it feel like to be releasing your own original music?
It feels great to show people my talent, while doing what I love, and hopefully spreading vibes that make people feel great.
Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?
My Father. He is relentless! He has taught me the meaning of hard work. He keeps me focused and working towards my goal of a grammy-winning song.
How would you describe your fans? – what’s three words you would use to describe your fans?
I’m developing a following on both sides of the Atlantic which is awesome, but I’d have to say in the three words: Diverse, Dynamic, Driven …just like me!
What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your music and shows?
Music is a release from the daily grind, and I want my music and my shows to be a place to Runaway to, and have No Regrets!
What’s one word you would use to describe what your fans have allowed you to accomplish?
Authenticity
With an already massive fanbase your fans must they have a name for themselves. What do your fans call themselves? And How did that fanbase name catch on?
I’m more in awe that my name is getting out there. It’s humbling and also so cool to have this opportunity. Maybe someone can make a suggestion?
Many of your supporters are starstruck when they meet you Have you ever been starstruck?
Of course. I got to see some of my idols live in concert, such as Journey, and The Chainsmokers. I was starstruck. To think someone feels that way about me is amazing and also a big responsibility.
What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?
I’m just a normal person doing something that I love to do and I’m sharing it with you.
Is there anyone in the music business you are dying to meet?
I’m dying to meet Katy Perry, Dua Lipa, Anna Marie, and Sigala. Someday soon I hope.
Why do you think social media is so important for artists like yourself?
It’s gets me the exposure I need to get my music out there, and lets people see me wherever they are. It’s such a big world out there.
What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?
To do my first really big tour, hopefully including UK dates as well as US dates. I want that the most and am working hard for it.
