Hey Taylor! So excited to be chatting with you!! How excited are you that your new single is finally out into the world?
Hey, likewise!! I’m over the moon, I’ve been vibing to this song for a few months so it feels amazing to know that other people are enjoying it too now.
Where did the inspiration for the song come from?
I always like to let the music set the tone of the song, so when my producer played me the track I immediately was brought into this sensual, almost transcendental atmosphere. The first line I sang was ‘overload of my senses’ and from there it all came together really quick.
Any fun moments while creating/recording the song?
I was honestly pretty lit when we recorded the song, I was coming from a listening session my friend invited me to. Hit the open bar for a little bit and then went straight to the studio to record. It’s always a fun time in the studio and there was definitely great energy in the room that night.
What do you hope your supporters will think of the new song?
I want everyone who listens to feel good and connect to it. That’s really all
What’s the process of writing one of your songs?
Magical. I set a vibe, break out my crystals, incense, and transcend. It’s always an experience, I go all the way in
Where did your love of music come from?
I always just loved singing. It goes as far back as I can remember. I’d sing super emotional songs and use it as a release for whatever I was feeling. It’s therapy for me
Will there be a music video for your new single?
Not for this one but I have some dope visuals coming for the next single.
Any other fun projects in the works you can tell us about?
I’m always creating, I do have a few releases in the works that I’m excited to share more about. For now just know the new music is gonna keep coming
