16yo singing sensation SUMMER Rios has released her second single “Unexpected”. The song has been released through All Star Music/EMPIRE. Summer co-wrote the song with Kipp Williams, (Kipp is signed to Dr. Luke’s Prescription Music). Kipp also produced the record. The song was released on 9/11/20. Summer had this to say about co-writing and recording the song: “By far this was my absolute best experience of writing a song because I got to write about something/someone that made me happy rather than writing about heartbreaks or being sad.
