Shawn Mendes has only just started his music career and he already has a huge fan base #MendesArmy. He started on Vine when he was around 15 years old and then he gained so many followers he got asked to join Magcon with some other viners including Cameron Dallas and Jack & Jack. Shawn then went onto signing with Island Records and releasing his very own EP including songs he wrote a few months later. After the amazing reaction his EP got, Shawn went hard at work to finish his first full length album, Handwritten, which was released on April 13, 2015. When he released his EP, he got invited to open up for Austin Mahone on his Secret Tour. After touring with Austin, Shawn and his team set up tour dates for his very own headlining tour. He toured all over America and Europe. Handwritten finally got released and he added more tour dates and became the opening act on Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour.
