Hey Sasha! So excited to be chatting with you again 🙂 Can you tell us what you’ve been up to these last few months?

Hey! So nice to be chatting again with you too!

You just received a Shorty Award for empowering young women with your Wonder Woman transformation. How excited were you when you found out about this amazing accomplishment?

When I received that award, I was ecstatic. I have my supporters to thank for the amazing feedback. Without them I wouldn’t have won!

Have you gained anything from this huge accomplishment?

I gained more supporters and got more opportunities.

You had an amazing 2019 and now you are getting ready for 2020!! Can you spill any details on what your supporters can look forward to this year?!?

Yes! I am of course continuing to make videos for my YouTube channel called Sasha Anne. Go subscribe! Little self promo and I’m finalizing my album that will be released in Spring! I’ve been working on it for 2 years and I’m so excited and can’t wait for my supporters to hear. I’m also still working on my makeup company Teeny Wee Cosmetics.

What’s been the pros and cons of moving around to follow all your dreams?

The pros of moving around, are meeting new people who become life long friends and networking, seeing new places and taking it in, and new opportunities. The cons are, leaving my New York friends behind, jetlag, and the anxiety of competition.

Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?

I want to thank my parents for supporting me and helping me get to where I am today and of course my followers!

What do you think makes your fan community/fandom different from others?

I think it’s the connection we have. They also trust me and that means so much. My supporters are also like family. And they know me so well.

How would you describe your fans? – what’s three words you would use to describe your fans?

Supportive, loving and loyal

What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your videos?

My message is go for your dreams. They can accomplish anything they want if they put their heart into it. And have courage and be kind. I want my platform to be a positive place and I hope my followers can learn from my videos.

Are you planning any tours to meet your supporters?

I hope to go on tour some day! I need to see where my followers live and how many at each place. But that would be amazing. I have a lot of supporters in the UK.

What’s something your fans don’t know about you?

My supporters know me very well. I don’t keep secrets from them!

What’s one word you would use to describe what your fans have allowed you to accomplish?

They have allowed me to post about my life and follow my dreams. But most of all, growth. I love that my followers grow up with me, see my ups and downs. They’re like my little sisters that I never had. They’ve allowed me to grow as a beauty influencer, artist and a person.

Many of your supporters are starstruck when they meet you. Have you ever been starstruck?

Oh yes, I’ve definitely been starstruck. When I met Alyson Stoner from Camp Rock a few years ago, I see her now and then at Beautycon and we say hi. But she was my childhood. It’s crazy how we are in the same type of industry now.

What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?

I want them to know that they can always come up to me and say hi and get a picture if they want. I’m very approachable and I am not intimidating at all!

Is there anyone in the beauty world you are dying to meet?

I really want to meet Jaclyn Hill. I think she is so knowledgeable, relatable and so funny. That would be a dream.

Why do you think social media is so important for teen artists like yourself?

I think social media allows people to network and connect with others in the same circle. It’s a competitive world out there but once you find the right people, it’s nice to reach out and collaborate with other artists like yourself.

What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?

My goal right now is to grow my channel and get more exposure with my company. In spring I am releasing my first album so I hope it becomes successful and I would love to go on tour and meet more of my supporters!

Any last things you want to tell your supporters?

I want to say I love you all so much, thank you for the love and support always. It means the world to me that you watch me and support my passion. Always be yourself! If you love something, follow your dreams like I did. And have courage and be kind
