What inspired you to pursue your own music career?

I just always grew up singing and performing, and it came really natural to me & was something i was always super passionate about.

Did you have a breakout song that started things for you?

Hmm, I don’t think so. Not yet at least! I think I’ve had a lot of trial and error in my career when it comes to creating music.

With a massively growing following already your supporters must have a name for themselves* Does your fan base have a name?

Yes, they call themselves Charmainders hahaha

How do you want your relationship to be like with your supporters?

I love to be close to my supporters and I always appreciate hearing their feedback & comments. I also love meeting people at meet n’ greets so don’t be hesitant to come up to me!!

What type of music are you leaning towards for your music career?

I think right now, I’m pretty diverse. I tend to lean towards more indie/alt-pop I’d say, but I’m experimenting more with lofi, RnB, and bubblegum trap at the moment.

You just released your new Ep “Don’t Leave Me” & it has already gained a lot of attention from your fanbase, what was your thought on the reaction of the song?

I was super happy! I’m also really happy because the ep is named after a song on it, also called “don’t leave me,” and it’s definitely been the song to have gained the most attention. I’m really excited that people are enjoying it, and it’s been nice to finally get to perform some other songs.

What’s up next for you? A Full Album? A tour maybe?

I think more tours can be seen from me for sure, but I’m also working on a few songs right now that I’ll hopefully be releasing by fall.

Any other fun things in the works you can tell us about?

I definitely think you can expect me to be touring around this summer, and also expect new music from me!! Stay linked to all my upcoming shii through my social media @sagecharmaine

You were recently on tour with Hey Violet! Can you tell us how the tour has been going? & What it’s like touring with Hey Violet?

Tour with them was awesome! They’re an amazing, super talented band so it was really cool performing alongside such a serious band. Their fans are also really sweet & such a solid fanbase. The shows were definitely lit AF!

Any last things you want to tell your supporters?

Just keep up with my social media for any updates on me! I’ll definitely be releasing new music in the next few months, and I’m always touring around the east and west coast (especially la area) so don’t be shy & come out to a show and have a fun ass time!
