Hey Queeva! So excited to be chatting with you again! You just released your Debut Album, How Do You Know! How excited are you that this project is finally out into the world?!?
Well, to say I am excited about it is an understatement! All of the songs on the album are so personal to me and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to share them with other people. I couldn’t wait to put the album out because I felt that if someone listened to any of the songs on the album, they would be able to learn so much more about me just through one song.
Can you tell us about what this album means to you?
This album means a lot to me because it has songs that were made up of ideas that I had and one day decide to put them into songs. Each song has an important message to share, and that is something that I love about the album!
Any fun moments while creating the album?
There were a lot of fun moments in the studio and during the writing process, but I think when I was in the recording booth at the studio, out of no where I got the hiccups. It was so funny because I was just singing but them I got the hiccups and we had to take a break.
What song are you most excited to perform from this new album?
The song that I am most excited to perform from this album is “Stand Out” because it is a very upbeat song that talks about being yourself and staying true to who you are even when it is difficult. This song is very important to me and it will always be one of my favorites.
What does it feel like to perform your own music live in front of your supporters?
It is very cool to see how my music impacts other people, and just seeing people singing along to my songs when I perform is just such an amazing feeling.
Are you planning to tour to promote this album?
I will be doing some shows around the U.S during the year, but I won’t be going on a full out tour because I am still going to school as well.
How do you want your relationship to be with your supporters?
I want my fans and supporters to feel like they know who I am and feel like we are always connected especially through social media.
What was the craziest fan encounter you have had?
One of the craziest fan encounters I have had was when a fan came to one of my shows and was wearing a shirt she made with my face printed on it. It was so cool to see how big of a fan she was!

The social media platform that I use most is definitely Instagram which is @queevamusic
Are there any other projects in the works you can tell us about?
I have a new single that I am working on which will be coming out very soon, and I’m super excited for everyone to hear it so stay tuned!
