Hey Kaleb, How did you first get into social media?
I first got into social media through my friends and YouTube
What’s your favorite social media platform? Why?
I think I’m going to have to say YouTube, just because its such a universal platform and there’s such a large community. You can find practically anything on YouTube.
Do you have a message you are wanting to share through your social media presence?
Yes, that would be to just be yourself, and if you want something I highly recommend you go for it, don’t talk about, be about it, and you can be anything you want as long as you put your mind to it!
How often do you post on your social media accounts? What do you think is the right amount of times a day to post a picture on Instagram or to tweet on twitter?
Well for me I try to post about once a day, and post a couple of things such as short videos on my Instagram or snapchat story.
What would you say is a perfect snapchat?
To be completely honest, I don’t really know how to answer this question lol! But I would probably say posting a bomb selfie on my snapchat story!
What’s your favorite snapchat filter at the moment?
My favorite snapchat filter to this day is still the dog filter, I don’t know why but I love that filter so much haha!
Can we expect a lot more video content up soon on your YouTube channel?
Yes! By the next month or so I will be getting a new camera, so I will be uploading to YouTube a lot more often most likely twice a week! Also posting better quality pictures on my Instagram.
What made you want to start making videos on YouTube?
I wanna say what encouraged me to start making my own YouTube channel would be my friend Gabriel Laceup as some of you may know him, and watching Jake Paul vlogs
What is the process to make a “Kaleb Kennedy” YouTube video? How do you come up with the ideas for your YouTube Vids?
Honestly I have a very creative mind, but I think that I act impulsively so whenever a video idea comes to mind I figure out how I’m going to do it and when, and from there out I record and upload, but the editing process can take up to 2 to 3 hours long depending on how long the video is!
What are your favorite videos to make?
Basically any video I make is my favorite! Usually when I come up with my own video idea or trying to think of a new challenge video, I think thoughs are my favorite.
Are you planning any collaborations for your channel anytime soon?
Yes, hopefully sometime soon I plan to collab with my friend Gabriel some time in the near future and also my friend Cole! But collabing with new people I think would be one of my favorite things to do because meeting you guys is the best feeling in the world
Are you wanting to act some too?
Later on in the future yes, I actually was in a musical for Impact studios a few months ago in the musical HairSpray
When did you realize this could turn into a career?
After watching a YouTube video about “How To Make Money Off Of Making Videos” lol! That was pretty much it and then I was totally down for this!
What’s your friends and parents thoughts on your career in social media?
They will always be supportive to me and I think that’s one of the most important things you can have going into anything especially into a career such as social media, and when their right by your side the entire way, that’s what matters the most!
What makes you want to do better in your social media career? Who has influenced you to work hard?
My dad is always telling me to work hard and that plays a big influence on me wanting to always do my best in everything I do! One of the biggest influences comes from my friends knowing that they’ll always have my back in everything I do which always keeps me on my feet wanting to become better and better at what I do!
What’s the best thing that’s come out of this career?
I definitely think that the best thing that’s comes out of this career so far is the relationships built and the friends and the community is just so loving and its like a giant family and its the coolest thing in the world
What’s your biggest struggle in this career as a social media star?
Probably being prepared haha, I always tend to start something but never finish, and in this career its not always the best thing to do, meeting fans is amazing! But the biggest struggle is always trying to better myself and stay up to date with my content!
What did you want to be when you where younger?
Back in elementary school, I wanted to grow up and be a firefighter, but man how the tables have turned!
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Adventurous, Creative, Funny, Outgoing, Kind
How do you spend most of your free time?
I’m always trying to figure out what to do with my free time because I tend to always be busy, but whenever I have free time I’m usually shopping or hanging out with my friends!
Are there any projects in the works you can tell me about?
Currently I have none, except that I am trying to go on tour, not sure which one, but any opportunity given ill take it! Always keep that mindset!
Are you wanting to go on tour one day? If yes, what tour would be your dream tour?
Yes! I hope to go on tour one day! My dream tour has been The Boys of Summer Tour, but if I could join one it’d be either Boys of Summer or Digi Tour!
What was the craziest fan encounter you have had?
Honestly I haven’t really had any crazy fan encounters! Yet! There’s always that one person! NO HATE!! I love you guys all! But i think when this one girl jumped on my back when I was paying no attention and i landed on my face, but aye, its all good in the hood!
Have you come up with a fan base name yet?
Currently, no I haven’t, but its been rather difficult trying to figure one out!
What youtuber has influenced you the most? – Cameron Dallas, Tyler Oakley, etc.
Sam and Colby first got me into making YouTube videos, then from there it was TFIL, Big Nick, and Jake Paul! But my biggest influence was Sam and Colby
What’s an average day for you look like?
Waking up, making life decisions because “Its everyday bro” Jk, I usually spend my time coming up with new ideas for content on my social media platforms and always try to better myself, once i have an idea i go for it, then I usually am hungry by then so I eat, after I eat I spend time with friend/family, if not I’m either at work coaching gymnastics, vlogging, or with friends! Then sleepy time, and wake up and repeat
How often do you broadcast?
For a few months I decided to take a break and take a break my social media as well to really figure out and think about what i want to do for my future, after all the long thinking I finally knew what i wanted and id do whatever it takes to accomplish my goals! So I try and broadcast about every other day!
What are some things you do during your broadcasts?
Literally anything, I may start talking about how my day went, or what I’m doing later that day, updates on my social medias, story telling, or just random things that instantly come to my mind!
How has this whole social media career experience been?
Its honestly been an incredible journey, its so amazing seeing the community and how big the love for everyone is and its like a giant family and everyone is so nice and meeting new people brings out a different side in me and its the best feeling in the world! You guys have truly made an impact on my life
What goals have you set out for yourself in your career and in your personal life?
Right now I don’t think to hard about what I want to do in the future, but all I know now is I want to be doing the same thing I am now 10 years later into the future and becoming successful in what I do!
If your life was a movie, what would be the title?
0 to a hundred real quick, no. haha! Probably something more along the lines of the life of Kaleb

TBH the only person that could be spot on with me and act and play as me is my best friend Jaden, this dude knows me inside and out!
Many people in our generation are starting to create content to post on YouTube. What advice can you give my followers about how to make yourself standout on such a big platform like YouTube?
The biggest thing you can do is be yourself, don’t let anyone tear you down, ignore the haters, be whatever you want, if you want it go get it, don’t stress about what videos you are going to make, if you want to record the dumbest video ever.. Go for it!! Be who you want to be, YouTube is such a big community and they are waiting for you, don’t ever give up your dreams, always be yourself
Are you going to stick with social media as a career?
Without a doubt yes, its the coolest career ever! And I have so much fun doing what I love!
What impact do you want to leave in the world?
I think the biggest impact I want is to change someone’s life, to be there for someone, not only as a fan but as a family member, because that’s what you guys are to me, and i love you all, there’s no way I’d be where I’m at today without you guys!!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years in your career and personal life?
Hanging in Cali with my friends making YouTube videos together, living in a mansion, i mean.. That sounds pretty dope to me!
