Hey Eloah! So excited to be chatting with you again. Your new single “I Love, You Lie” has been getting an amazing reaction from your supporters! What’s been your reaction to all the success the new single has been having?

Thanks for having me. The reaction I’ve gotten has been amazing. Everyone seems to really be enjoying the track which is awesome. But the best feeling, is getting DM’s from people telling me that my song helped them through THEIR situation. I want my music to be a safe space for the people who choose to listen. I want it to make them dance, cry, smile, but most importantly, I want them to listen to it and feel something, and feel powerful in who they are. That’s been the best part so far. Helping people and spreading a positive message through my music will always be my main goal.

Can you tell us the meaning of the song and how it came about?

All of my songs are very personal to me, but this one specifically. I wrote this song about a toxic, abusive relationship. And if I’m being real with you guys, I have a hard time putting myself first. I myself, have been through an abusive relationship. No one really knew. Not even my parents. I was scared to tell them. I used to think I needed people up until recently, honestly. I just wrote about what I went through, and what was going through my head.

We are so excited to be premiering the music video for your new single, “I Love, You Lie”. Can you tell us about the new video & how the idea got created?

I know what it’s like to feel scared, and to try to protect someone who is hurting you behind closed doors. You feel trapped, and it’s a very terrifying situation, and feeling. So with this video, I really wanted to portray how hard it is to actually LEAVE a situation like that. When I was in my abusive relationship, I was always giving other people advice, and telling them to leave their situation, but I couldn’t leave my own. Honestly, I wanted to tell my story but most importantly I wanted to shine light on this huge issue that many people are going through.

Any fun moments while on the set?

We had to climb many fences and climb through a window to get into the abandoned baseball stadium we filmed at, haha. Which was funny because I was in like, 6 inch heels… but the best part about filming this video was how excited everyone involved was. It’s really reassuring as an artist to see everyone else so into your vision. I was the one who had the idea for the storyline of the video, and I picked all the locations so it was awesome to see everyone else understanding my ideas, and so excited about them; Especially my videographer, Josh Collins. Another fun part was getting to shoot this video with my 2 good friends, and my boyfriend Andrew. It was a fun day all together.

Are there any other projects in the works you can tell us about?

I’m always writing and I’m in the process of putting out another single. And I’ve been thinking about potentially making an EP. I’ll keep you updated.

Any last things you would like to tell your supporters?

Thank you for listening and for seeing my vision, for all the DM’s and… just everything. I know I don’t have millions of followers but it doesn’t matter to me at all. What matters is YOU. I hope you love this song as much as I do. And I hope it opens your mind and your heart like it did mine! I love you. And thank you TMI for supporting me since the beginning and for premiering the “I Love, You Lie” music video!
