Hey Ellarose! So excited to be chatting with you! You are gearing up to release your new single! How excited were you to get this single out into the world?
I am so excited to get my new song out. Its called I still believe. I loved my other songs too but I was so young and I think my voice sounds a little bit older now. I really like the meaning of this new song and I hope other do to. The meaning is all about believing in yourself, loving your true self and following your dreams!
What do you hope your supporters will think of the new song?
I really just hope they are inspired by this song to believe in themselves and never doubt themselves. I hope it makes people feel happy inside.
Can you tell us the backstory of this song?
I worked with this really fabulous song writer Kirsten Collins who by the way is an AMAZING singer too. I told her what kind of song I wanted and the message behind the song and the feeling of the song. She wrote up some lyrics and melody and then collaborated with Andrew Lane (my favorite music producer and song writer). Then I started to work with my voice coach who I also love so much and all of us just put it together. It has been such a fun process!
You also have more music coming out soon!! Can you spill any details on what your supporters can look forward to from you later this year?!?
I am planning a duet with someone (but I can’t say who yet.) and working on some other songs. I think I will always continue to work on songs as a grow up. I love it so much and hopefully I will continue to just grow and grow as an artist.
Do you have a creative say in your music? Did you help write all your new songs?
Oh yes I am involved in everything. It is so much fun to create something from the beginning…. a song, an ice skating routine, dance, skit… I like to be involved in everything from the initial idea. Right now we are working on the music videos.
What’s it feel like to be releasing your own original music?
Oh it is so fun! I really encourage everyone to do it if they feel like they are a singer or writer. Today we are so lucky because you don’t have to have a deal with a big record label to put out a song.
Where did your love of music come from?
Listening to songs my entire life. In my house we are always playing music, in the car and all the time. My mom used to take me to music classes when I was 2 and we would sing along. I just always have loved music.
What’s been the pros and cons of pursuing your music career?
Well I am just 10 so I am just starting out. I have not really had anything negative happen. I would say for me it is all about working hard, believing in myself and growing my voice.
Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?
Andrew Lane he has been so supportive and actually everything I have done in music has been with his support. He will always be by my side.
What do you think makes your fan community/fandom different from others?
I am not sure but I am still building my fans. Everyone is really sweet. I have had a few really mean people make comments on my Reels but I try not to let them hurt me. I think if you don’t like something or someones dance or photo on social media don’t say anything at all just move on because why would you want to hurt someones feeling? I don’t get why they waist their time being mean.
How would you describe your fans? – what’s three words you would use to describe your fans?
Supportive, creative and active!
What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your music and shows?
For me it’s all about being true to yourself and being the best you, you can be. I also alway encourage everyone I meet to follow their dreams too. Why not? Anyone can have their dreams come true if they work hard and feel confident inside.
What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?
Come up and say Hi. I love to meet my fans.
Are you planning any Live Stream shows to promote your new music?
Yes I am planning one with a few other people so you will get to hear many people sing their new song. We are going to do it right after the Holiday.
What is it like performing in front of your fans? Are you excited to start performing your own music live!?!
I would love to but with Covid I don’t know when we will be able to perform live. One day when I am a bigger artist and we don’t have Covid that would be very cool.
What do you want your supporters to know that you think is important?
Be yourself and really love yourself and then you will love others. I think we all have bring each other up and support each other always no matter how different we are.
What’s something your fans don’t know about you?
I am not sure if fans know that I still love to play with my American Girl dolls! It is so fun to make up worlds they live in!

Why do you think social media is so important for artists like yourself?
It gives you a chance to speak to your fans and build more fans. Also get their opinions! It connects us!
What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?
I want to be in Disney on Ice when they start to tour again. I also would love to be on a TV show as the lead.
Any last things you want to tell your supporters?
