Hey Eli! So excited to be chatting with you, you started your acting career at a very young age, what inspired you to pursue acting?
So excited you asked to chat!!! I started out modeling because I always loved having my picture taken. When I was 5 I told my mom I wanted to get into movies and TV. It’s so cool you get to play make believe and meet great people.
Do you have any rituals before filming a show?
Nope. I just go in with “you do your best and forget the rest”
Are there any acting projects in the works you can tell us about?
At this time some projects that were supposed to come out are on hold. That’s sad because I like to be able to see what the films or commercials look like when they’re done. I have had a bunch of self tapes and voice over requests in the last week. Crossing fingers. Either way it’s fun even auditioning.
What are your friends and parents thoughts on your career in acting?
My parents are supportive (they have to be. Someone has to drive me lol). Most friends are supportive. I do have some relatives that aren’t supportive, so I just don’t talk about it with them.
What goals have you set out for yourself in your career?
I want to be able to see myself on screen in a movie theater and I’d love to be on a tv show all the time. (Mommy translation. He wants feature film Co star and tv series co star)
Overall, how has this whole acting career experience been for you so far?
I have LOVED IT!!! So much fun on set. I love working with the nice people and meeting new friends.
What’s your favorite part about being an actor?
Playing make believe and meeting new friends. I also like the slate and learning about the camera.
Do you have any advice for anyone trying to make it as an actor?
Just do your best. If you get the part.. great!!! If not.. that’s ok!!!
Do you have any other talents other than acting?
I play all sports and am now in capoeira so I can get into the stunt fighting classes. Stunts are cool.
What led you to try modeling?
I loved having my picture taken. Mom said I would always tell her “take my picture like this!! Now like this!!!”
What would you say is your favorite thing to do? Modeling or Acting?
Acting. Modeling was fun and I DO like it but I like acting more.
Do you have any other passions other than acting or modeling?
I like to play my Nintendo switch and I like to play with my cat Speedway
