What advice would you give to someone who wants to pursue a career in acting? What advice should they ignore?
My advice to an actor is absorb and learn as much as you can don’t be anxious and make sure you learn the business so you don’t get scammed by the wrong people. Ignore people that have a one stop shop (i.e. manager, agent, publicist, acting coach, etc.) they will take advantage of your desperation for the business.
When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, or have lost your focus temporarily, what do you do?
I tell myself that I am nervous out loud so that I get rid of it versus being internal with. I also pray as well.
