So first off, How would you describe your musical style?
Pop, Disney or triple A Pop.
What artists do you look up to right now?
Pop groups such as,imagine dragons,Bastile and fall out boys.
Can you tell us about your new song “Fly”? What is the meaning of the song?
Well my new song Fly is my first ever song and it was a lot of fun. It is to empower and find security in you’re self.
What was the process to make the “Fly” music video? How long did it take?
It took almost a month of preparation including production, recording, rehearsal, choreographing with shane sparks and negotiations with romane simon(lucky strike films). After all preparations It took two days to film the music video.
Is there any new music coming out soon? If so, can you tell us a little bit about the new music?
I do have a cover song by SuperTramp untitled Logical and a new duet Titled (Emojis) featuring an unknown artist Leslie G
What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your fans?
Instagram is my main social site. I also use Twitter, facebook and youtube.
What’s your favorite song to perform live?
“Fly”
How do you manage your time with going to school and pursuing a career in music?
Actually my mother manages my career. I do a lot of singing in the car to and from school and to Auditions. I pretty much sing in the car on the way to everything I do, so I have time for homework at home.
What’s an average day for “Austin Brito” look like?
I get up at 6:00 a.m. on school mornings. My mom makes me breakfast while I get dressed for School, then I run my dog chico out for a morning walk. Then Mom runs me to school at 7:20 a.m. I get out of school at 2:40 and I usually go straight to my producer’s office for recording. Then it’s home for dinner and homework then bed. I try to get in some swim time if I can if I’m not at the producer’s office to late.
What goals have you set out for yourself in your career?
One of my goals is to inspire all of the great talent in the world to come out of there shell and to reach for the sky. Another goal would be to stop bullying completely. Lastly to have a lamborghini for my 16th birthday.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years in your career and personal life?
In five years I see myself touring the world singing my songs to fans. Having a major record deal and star in a few movies. Graduating High school and pursuing college in an Arts program.
Last question, Do you have any advice for aspiring music artists?
My advice is to do what you do best and never get discouraged and don’t worry about what other people think. Dont give up no matter what. If people bully, if you get trolls on the internet, stalkers or haters DON’T GIVE UP.
