This summer we focused on making content, releasing music, and making music videos.
Can you tell us how you first got into Social Media?
We started on social media by our dad telling us we should give youtube a try.
Is there anyone you want to thank that’s helped you get to where you are today?
A huge thanks to our family and goonies because without them we wouldn’t be where we are today. Also everyone we collabed with!
What do you think makes your fan community/fandom different from others?
We are very close with our goonies! We tell them everything. We treat them like they are our friends and family
How would you describe your fans? – what’s three words you would use to describe your fans?
Funny, Amazing, and Cute
Do you have any preshow rituals that help you get pumped up to meet your supporters?
We would do 10 pushups to get our energy pumping.
Are you planning any shows to meet your supporters?
Yes we have a lot of big things coming!
What is it like performing in front of your fans? Are you excited to start performing your own music live!?!
Performing in front of our goonies is the best feeling ever! we are super grateful we get to do it! seeing the crowd sing our music is the best feeling in the world
What do you want your supporters to know that you think is important?
It is important to have a positive mindset and to love yourself!
What’s something your fans don’t know about you?
We used to play the cello and violin
What’s one word you would use to describe what your fans have allowed you to accomplish?
Happiness
With an already massive fanbase your fans must they have a name for themselves. What do your fans call themselves? And How did that fanbase name catch on?
Our supporters call themselves goonies! they just happened to name themselves goonies!
Many of your supporters are starstruck when they meet you Have you ever been starstruck?
Yes we have when we met our idol skrillex
What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?
We want them to know that we love them and appreciate them very much
Why do you think social media is so important for teens today?
Social media can be a escape route for teens that are going through a tough time. social media can turn peoples bad days into good days.
How did you learn to deal with the hate on social media?
We dealt with it by ignoring it and not letting it get to us.
What social media platform do you use most to stay connected to your fans?
We use tik tok more than any other apps
How do you want your relationship to be with your fans?
We want our relationship with our goonies to be very open!
What was the craziest fan encounter you have had?
Someone walked two hours in the rain to our house
I have also seen a few of your youtube videos and they are hilarious. What led you to start making videos on youtube?
Well first our dad reccomended us to try out youtube. we started by posting random videos but right after we went to our first playlist live we decided to take it very serious!
What is the process to make a “99 Goonsquad” YouTube video?
First we plan out the video idea. Second we buy the things we need for the video. Then we film and edit it.
What are your favorite videos to make?
Our favorite videos to make are challenges because we are competitive.
Why do you think YouTube is such a good platform for teens?
I think youtube is the best platform for teens because its like the new tv for teens. you can learn a lot from it!
Many siblings don’t get to work in the same industry let alone get to collaborate on projects together. Do you like getting to collaborate with your siblings on social media?
We love to work with our siblings
Are you planning any new collaborations for your channel anytime soon?
Yes we have tons of plans for our youtube channel

You just teamed up with Penelope Robin for your new single, “4 Leaf Clover”! How did you guys meet & start working on this song together?
It started off with just us making some pop beats for fun. then a couple months later penelope came into our lives and we started chatting. we got together and talked about collabing on a song. we showed her the pop beat we made and she loved it.
What was it like working with her on this project?
Working with penelope on this project was very fun because this was the first time we worked with someone young.
Can you tell us the meaning behind your new single?
It’s about finding someone who makes you feel lucky.
Will there be a music video for your new single? If so, can you tell us about the concept of the video 🙂
There will be but we can’t say anything about it yet.
What inspired you to pursue music?
Skrillex is a huge inspiration to us. we always watch his perfomances and knew thats what we wanted to do.
Is there anyone in the music business you are dying to meet?
There are a lot of people we would love to meet and collab with on music like slushii , ookay, and the chainsmokers.
What artists do you look up to right now?
Artist we look up to right now are skrillex , the chainsmokers, and dj snake
Can we expect any new music soon? If so can you spill some details about them?
Yes we have tons of new music coming! Our next release maybe a house track or a pop song!
What’s it like being in the spotlight on such a big platform like Tik Tok, YouTube, & Instagram?
It definitely can be overwhelming but it is fun.
What’s an average day for “99 Goonsquad” look like?
Wake up at 9:30 and eat breakfast. We go to the gym and come back home and make some tik toks. we practice singing and produce music. then we work on youtube video ideas.
How has this whole social media career experience been?
It has been stressful but also amazing at the same time!
If your life was a movie, what would be the title?
The movie would be called gloria

What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?
Our biggest dream is to play coachella.
