Hey Erik! So excited to be chatting with you!! What has been the greatest moment of 2020 for you?
I would have to say it was December 1st when my highly anticipated film “Break Even” was released! We’re very proud of this project!!
How do you want your art to be remembered?
I want my acting to be remembered in a way where for that 30 mins, 1 hr or even 1hr 30 or whatever amount of time that I’m on screen, I’ve made people laugh, cry, and feel something that impacted them in a way that they take a piece of it with them and feel emotions that they maybe haven’t felt in a while or just even needed to feel. I wish to leave an imprint on people and be remembered that way.
How have you felt most appreciated as a creative and artist?
Just the appreciation from fans, friends, family, fellow co-stars, and colleagues, feeling like I made a difference to them in their lives. Being part of projects that have been recognized and commended, whether it’s winning awards or getting a wide release. It had made me feel that all the years of hard work have paid off and made a difference to people and my own life!
Who have been your strongest allies in your career?
My family / my mom and dad! My own family, my fiancé, and stepson! Some of my best friends have always stuck by my side and always celebrate my success. They have always had my back, and there is no better feeling to have support like that in your life!
What do you see as the most important part of your journey?
Staying humble and grateful for what you have and what you have accomplished. To always remember who you are and where you have come from. Never forget the people and family that have been by your side on your way up and the journey.
Please tell us about your latest acting project!!
My latest movie that was just released on December 1st is an action/ adventure film that’s been widely released called “Break Even.” I’m playing the character of Dash in a leading role. I’m also starring opposite of Tasya Teles, Brent Bailey, Alisa Reyes, Steve Guttenburg, Ivan Sergi, James Callis, Arienne Mandī, and Joanna Pacula. I personally have a lot to be thankful for this role and opportunity. I had the most amazing time on this project, working with incredible talent from my co-stars to the director Shane Stanley and writer Cj Walley, whom I’m forever thankful to!
