Hey Edwrds! So excited to be chatting with you!! What’s been your reaction to the fans love & anticipation for your new project?
Well with “Distracted” I released the project unexpectedly. Unlike my album “Loverboy” that I released in February, “Distracted” had no crazy marketing or story. I will say though, the love and reaction I got from the fans when I released it was wild!!
How excited were you to get this project out into the world?
I was HELLA EXCITED!! Quarantine is soooo lame but it’s allowed me to really sit down and create music. “Loverboy” was a book end of a very dark and confusing time of my life. “Distracted” however is the first step into my next story. It’s time to party.
Do you have a favorite song off the EP?
It’s always changing to be completely honest. I really love the vibe and writing in “Going Down”, but “Rewind” is really the standout track to me.
Did you help write all your new songs?
I write all of my own music.
What’s your songwriting process?
Depends on the song. This project was mostly just me putting on the beat and freestyling.
What’s up next for you after the release of this EP? A tour maybe?
I have a bunch of singles and projects that I plan on releasing all summer. I’m also looking forward to performing on the Boys of Summer Tour. I’ll be performing at TheENTBash this June.
What do you hope your supporters will think of the new music?
That it’s GASSSSSSSS!
How do you want your relationship to be like with your supporters?
We a family. No bullshit, no drama. If you a supporter of mine it’s all about love and having fun.
What’s something your fans don’t know about you?
I only wear Ethika underwear and I drive a mom car.
What do you want your fans to know if they ever see you in public?
Stay 6 feet away until we are all safe from the coronavirus. Then we can hug.
What do you want your message to be towards your fans? What do you want your fans to take away from your music and shows?
Have fun. I’ve learned that life is too short to stress out and overthink the darkness. Just be the light and live as your most real self. Anytime you see me perform, you see me consumed in the moment. It’s my passion to make people forget about all the bullshit they have to deal with in life.
What’s one word you would use to describe what your fans have allowed you to accomplish?
Passion.

Why do you think social media is so important for artists like yourself?
Social media is a whole other world. As toxic as it is, it’s important as an artist to keep everyone watching you so they don’t forget.
What would you say is your biggest dream/goal right now?
To headline my own tour or perform at Rolling Loud.
